Chiffon and Pink Cotton is Sweet

September 23, 2011
Friday, Espalanade, SG

Pink is not in my list of favorite colors, nor girly and sweet is not my style. I am always in dark colors. Black, preferably, is my favorite color along with fiery red and passionate purple. Urban and sexy is my style. And because I'm in the corporate world, I am required to dress in a corporate manner, thus pencil skirts and tulip dresses found their way in my closet. I always try to inject a fashionable and chic appeal in the way I dress even if I am at work. And for this particular post, since I will be doing a lot of walking, I decided to dress up in an easy manner.

I decided to leave the top tucked out of the pink ruched skirt to give it a more lazy and easy feel. I just put on my flats and off I go. Sometimes, it's fun to dress down especially on lazy days or on those days that you know you'll need to do a lot of roaming around.  Well, this day is one of those days.
I had my hair cut before I left Manila. Rachel Zoe was my peg since I was reading her book that day and thought that long hair with soft layers is the look I wanna go for. This hair style is such an easy do to don. You can just let your hair down and air dry it or you may want to put it up in a messy chignon which is very Kate Moss kind of sexy.
